Standard sample lead time is 7\u201310 business days from design approval; bulk production lead time is typically 12\u201315days depending on order volume and complexity. Every bulk order undergoes AQL 2.5 quality inspection prior to shipment. If a shipment is found to have a defect rate exceeding the agreed AQL standard, Zelvix Impex will rework, replace, or issue a partial credit for the affected units, at our discretion.
