Your Brand,
Every Shade..
“A colour that’s slightly off isn’t a small thing — it’s a broken promise to your customer.”
From Pantone-matched fabrics to unlimited sublimation gradients, see how Zelvix Impex keeps your brand colours consistent at every order size.
Colour Customisation
Brand consistency starts with colour accuracy. Every product we manufacture can be colour-matched to your exact specifications using the Pantone Matching System (PMS), ensuring your brand colours look identical whether you’re ordering 50 pieces or 50,000.
Pantone Matching System
Simply provide us with your Pantone (PMS) codes and we’ll match your fabric, prints, and trims accordingly. For brands without existing Pantone codes, our design team can help identify the closest match from a physical colour swatch or logo file.
Custom Dyeing Process
For bulk orders, we offer custom fabric dyeing rather than relying on stock colours. This involves:
- Lab dip submission: a small fabric swatch dyed to your requested colour for approval.
- Bulk dyeing: once approved, the full fabric order is dyed to match the approved lab dip.
- Colour consistency checks: every dye lot is checked against the original approved swatch before cutting begins.
Standard Colour Range
For smaller orders or faster turnaround, we maintain a standard in-stock colour range across our most popular fabrics:
- Neutrals: Black, White, Grey, Charcoal, Navy
- Reds & Oranges: Crimson, Maroon, Burnt Orange, Scarlet
- Blues & Greens: Royal Blue, Sky Blue, Forest Green, Teal
- Neons: Neon Yellow, Neon Pink, Neon Green — popular for sportswear and combat gear
Print & Embellishment Colours
For sublimation prints, screen prints, and embroidery, we can match virtually any CMYK or Pantone colour. Sublimation printing in particular allows unlimited colour combinations and gradients without additional cost per colour, unlike traditional screen printing.
Colour Consistency Guarantee
We understand that colour mismatches can damage brand trust. That’s why every bulk order includes a colour consistency check against your approved lab dip or Pantone reference before production begins — at no extra cost.
